We are Abby and Mischa, and we are a young Dutch/American couple. We are a young professional and student couple looking for a permanent home in Nijmegen and surrounding areas. Our combined net income is approximately 4,000 euros per month. *Abby Ecker (27):* Works as a manager in the hospitality industry. *Mischa de Queljoe (24):* Works as a junior developer at a software company with a permanent (min-max) contract. He combines this with finishing his studies in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University. We are looking for a home with good connections to Nijmegen due to our studies and jobs. After years of living separately in student housing, we are ready for the next step. We do not have any pets. In our free time, we enjoy our hobbies, such as watching series, craft projects, and music. With our growing record collection, we particularly enjoy a good movie with a glass of port. We would very much like to view the property. Should there be a request for it, we can provide our payslips, contracts, and identification for verification. We look forward to your response.
