My name is Zofia. I’m a student in the Netherlands and I would be renting together with my partner. We’re a very quiet and responsible couple — we don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and don’t party. We mostly spend our time studying or working on our computers, so we live very calmly and take good care of the place we stay in. Our current landlords are very happy with us and can provide a reference if needed. Although we’re students, I’m financially fully supported by my parents, who are happy to act as guarantors, so rent payments are secure and reliable.
